Nationwide pick-up and delivery for service and repairs
We understand that strong logistics are a key-factor in the smooth running of all businesses; especially when reliance on lead times in the supply chain can make or break a project. With this in mind, we offer nationwide pick-up and delivery for tool servicing and repairs. Taking the pressure off your team and leaving you with peace of mind that your mould tools will be serviced and returned within the agreed timeframe.
We have a 2 tonne handling facility so we can take on most projects with ease.
We also offer tool planned maintenance (TPM) for pre-scheduled tool servicing, including:
• Collection and delivery
• Full tool strip down
• Cleaning of inserts to remove all gas and debris
• O-ring change
• Visual evaluation for damage and wear
On completion the customer is advised of any repairs needed or maintenance that needs to be scheduled. This after sales service is paramount to the success of our long lasting and evolving relationships.
